The location was perfect. It is close to museums, boat tours, lots of interesting shops and cafes. It is very close to transportation with easy access to the main train station and the underground. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They give you a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff consistently missed refilling the complementary tea and coffee in the room (my room only had a kettle with instant coffee). The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the stay. It provides a large array of both hot and cold items. All very fresh and replenished quickly. You have to make your own coffee but it is a minor inconvenience because you can pick from a large selection of coffees and they were delicious. There is a restaurant and bar on the main floor and a very comfortable lounge. I was there during the Christmas Markets and there were at least 2 within walking distance.

Everything. Just superb. We booked this hotel last minute (for a good price) as the hotel we originally booked for our stay was truly a travellers worst nightmare. The staff were warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful (shout out to the bar man who provided me with milk for my morning tea). The room was immaculate, modern and had everything we needed. The TV was huge and had access to Netflix which was great for the evenings. The location was excellent with lots of places to eat nearby (highly recommend Schlogels!). Overall, this hotel and its staff really turned around a bad experience (from the other hotel) for us. Thank you so much! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was a beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean hotel. Our room on the 6th floor was lovely. The bed was big and comfortable and lovely white sheets. The bathroom was modern and shower good. The air conditioning was good and there was everything you needed. It was a really good location for the TV tower and walks to the museum’s and The Brandenburg gate. Right by the Alwxanderplatz train station which gets you all over Berlin cheaply and easily and out to the airport in half an hour. We even went to the horse races at Hoppegarten on the train one day. Great spot to enjoy Berlin.

The hotel is located at the center of Berlin - so everything we wanted to see was nearby. They provided parking which was much appreciated - and easy to utilize. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was expansive and very good. For someone coming to Berlin for a first time this was an excellent place to stay. I have already recommended this hotel to a good friend who plans to visit Berlin for the first time this coming September.

The breakfast here was excellent, including the hours available. To be able to have breakfast at 6.30 before leaving at 7am to get our flight felt quite rare for other places I've stayed and it ran later than other places too. The staff were all extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and location perfect for our tourist excursions.
